General Description
The APW7438A is a digitally controlled step-down regulator IC with an integrated 20mΩ high-side P-channel MOSFET and an 8mΩ low-side N-channel MOSFET. It features ANPEC's proprietary COT-mode control scheme for near-instantaneous correction to line/load transients for a voltage range of 2.7V to 6V, and 7A with constant frequency. The APW7438A is equipped with an automatic PFM/PWM mode operation. At light load, the IC operates in the PFM mode to reduce the switching losses and provides high efficiency over light to heavy loads with loading-modulated frequency. The APW7438A has an I2C serial interface port for output voltage margining and monitoring, if required (it can also operate in default mode). In addition it includes robust fault monitoring functions. The APW7438A is available in 0.8V default output voltage (no voltage divider is necessary) which can be changed from 0x01 Register.

General Description
The APW9104/B is a high efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated 40m/28mΩ of upper/lower power MOSFET and offers 5A continuous current capability. This part is part of the family of converters with a proprietary ANPEC System Phase Shift (ASP) method that allows multiple converters to be daisy chained together while being able to synchronize to an external clock, allowing a much reduced system noise performance. The ASP pin of the APW9104 can output a synchronized clock to the external clock with a slight phase delay to the next converter such that next converter will not turn on at the same time. Another feature of this part is its ability to automatically optimize its BW (Dync Bandwidth) to allow better dynamic response once it is synchronized to a higher external clock. The APW9104/B uses a peak current mode control scheme to regulate the output voltage. The internal switching frequency is set at 600kHz while the EN/SYNC pin supports external clock synchronization. Dync BandwidthTM improves transient response when receiving higher external Synchronization clock. VDD bypass pin allows an external 5V supply to power the internal control circuitry thereby reducing overall system power consumption for better efficiency especially at light load conditions. And PM selection, it can improve the efficiency when the load is light. The APW9104/B is also equipped with Power-on-reset, soft start, and complete protections, over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current of the converter. While the APW9104 operates at free running frequency of 600kHz, the APW9104B is set for 1.85MHz making it ideal for higher output voltages such as 3.3V or 5V allowing smaller inductors. The APW9104B does not allow external synchronization, however it allows either PWM mode of operation or PSM mode using PIN5 of the part. This part is specially suited for 12V to 5V application since it allows the bias supply to be operated using the output voltage allowing much better light load efficiency. The APW9104/B is offered in a TQFN3x2-14 package allowing small size while having an excellent thermal capability for power dissipation.

General Description
The APW9304H is a three-channel synchronous mode PWM converter with 3A continuous current capability for one channel and 2.5A continuous current capability for the other channel and 1.5A continuous current capability for the other one channel. Although the switching frequency of the APW9304H is fixed at 2.1MHz, it can also change the switching frequency via the EN/SYNC pin. The APW9304H also provides a 120-degree phase shifting technique and Spread Spectrum option to minimize the noise for reducing EMI. General Description
The APW7720 is a Power Management IC (PMIC) designed to provide complete power management solution for Surveillance Cam, IP Cam and Video Conference-Call applications. General Description
APW7393 is an inverting Buck-Boost converter. Integrated 70mΩ high side and 60mΩ low side power MOSFET. Can generating a negative output voltage and provides an output current up to -1A. The APW7393 is equipped with an automatic PSM/PWM mode operation when MODE pin connecting to VOUT pin. At light load, the IC operates in the PSM mode to reduce the switching losses. We are thrilled to announce a collaboration between ANPEC and Valens to develop cutting-edge solutions for the automotive industry. The companies collaborated on integrating ANPEC's APW9304H, an AEC-Q100 qualified Power Management IC, known for its ultra-low EMI feature and flexible power sequencing, to Valens' VA7000 and VA6000 series product reference designs for ADAS, autonomous driving and in-car entertainment systems.
